In the event that a Chingy event cancels a refund will be given.
If a new date is scheduled there will be no refunds. Usually the event will
reschedule and your tickets will be good for the new date. If an event
cancels 30 days will be given before refunds begin to see if a new date is
announced. If no new Chingy event is rescheduled a full refund
at this point is given.

Chingy (born Howard Bailey, Jr. on March 9, 1980, in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American hip-hop music artist of Chinese and African-American descent.//A former member of the Disturbing Tha Peace collective with Ludacris, Chingy came into the spotlight on his own with his single and with his friend Jizzy B "Right Thurr" (which has become a popularly used phrase world wide, despite being grammatically incorrect and coined by Nelly previously) from his album, Jackpot. After the success of "Right Thurr", "Holidae In", featuring Snoop Dogg and Ludacris, climbed the charts, followed by "One Call Away" featuring J-Weav.In 2004, he released a new album entitled Powerballin', featuring the single "Balla Baby". He was also featured in the hit song "I Like That" by Houston. He is currently beefing with Nelly, who questions Chingy's "Right Thurr" in a song in his Sweat album.Chingy frequently mentions St. Louis in his music and sees himself as representing his hometown. His play on words like "there [thurr], and "here" [hurr, her] is actually a common accent in St. Louis' African American community. Chingy is widely known to be a rapper of homosexual origin, he was called out on this fact on the Cam'ron song 'Hey Lady' ("and ya man, he a homo like ching-a-ling, ching-a-ling")- Chingy often refers to himself using the 'Ching-A-Ling' moniker. Despite the references to St. Louis, many listeners from the city despise his music and consider him to be a "joke" rapper
