They are currently coached by former college and WNBA star Suzie McConnell Serio, who took the helm in 2003.The team is named after the lynx, a wild variety of cat. The 2007-08 Uintah High drill team hosted and won the Region 10 drill team competition on Jan.19 at Uintah High. They won the competition in front of a home crowd, finishing in first place in all three categories.
