Gwinnett Gladiators are a minor league ice hockey team playing at the Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Georgia. They moved from Mobile, Alabama after the 2002-03 season .The team were the 2004 Central Division champions, defeating the Mississippi Sea Wolves in round 1 of the playoffs and then the Louisiana IceGators in the Central Division finals. The team lost 4 games to 2 to the Idaho Steelheads in the Western Conference finals.The Gladiators have currently sent one member to play in the NHL, Adam Munro, who is currently with the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL.The Gladiators are the ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers.The Gladiators are the ECHL 2005-2006 American Conference Champions.The Gladiators lost the 2006 Kelly Cup Finals to the Alaska Aces 4 gsmes to 1

Gladiators announce training camp schedule
The Gwinnett Gladiators released their 2008-09 training camp roster and schedule today. The Gladiators training camp runs through Friday, Oct. 17, in preparation for the Gladiators home opener on Saturday, Oct. 18, against the Mississippi Sea Wolves at The Arena at Gwinnett Center.
